Information Collection
We collect information necessary to connect mentors and mentees, such as name, email, professional bio, fields of expertise, and scheduling availability voluntarily provided during registration.
Use of Data
Collected data is used exclusively to facilitate mentorship sessions, personalize recommendations, send transactional notices, and enhance community experience.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. Public profile details are only visible to other registered users on the platform for mentorship booking purposes.
Email Communications
We send transactional emails related to appointments, confirmations, cancellations, reminders, and feedback requests via Brevo. You can manage your preferences at any time.
Profile Pictures
Photos uploaded to profiles are securely stored in Supabase Storage and used strictly for visual identification in sessions and public catalog.
Storage & Security
We apply industry-standard security practices, encryption in transit and at rest, strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies, and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your data.
Google Calendar and Google Meet Integration
When connecting or booking a mentorship with Google Calendar integration, Menvo accesses Google APIs exclusively to create calendar events with Google Meet video links and verify schedule conflicts for selected time slots. Menvo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not read, store, or share unrelated personal calendar entries.
Session Confidentiality
Conversations during mentorship sessions remain strictly confidential between mentor and mentee. Menvo does not record calls or monitor the contents of video meetings.
Third-Party Services
We partner with trusted authentication and infrastructure providers including Supabase, Vercel, Brevo, and Google Cloud APIs, compliant with international data protection regulations and LGPD.
Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to access, correct, update, or request permanent deletion of your personal data at any time via your account settings or by reaching out to our support team.
